General Online Return Policy

All hair extensions, chemical products, make-up and accessories, are final sale and not returnable.

We do not accept returns for sale items, discontinued items, clearance items, special order items or wholesale merchandise.

Any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code will not be accepted.

  • Kali Beauty reserves the right to refuse any returns if we suspect the returned item has been used.

Kali Beauty offers a 30-day return policy on most merchandise.

All returns or exchanges requests must be made within 3 calendar days of a return approval, excluding weekends and holidays. Any returned packages sent after the 3 day return approval period will not be accepted.

Any warranty or exchange return without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be regarded as a invalid return.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) returns must be shipped within 3 days of approval, if you do not ship the approved items to us within 3 days the return will automatically be refused.

  • The item(s) being returned must be in its original packaging, including all of its components, power cord, attachments etc., and in sellable condition.
  • If the return is not accepted for a refund and the customer would like the item(s) shipped back, you will be responsible for return shipping & handling charges.
  • If the provided order delivery information is incorrect or the delivery location is deemed undeliverable, no future attempts to deliver will be made and shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

International shipping & handling rates vary according to their destination. Kali Beauty offers a 30-day return policy on over seas orders.

Refused or Returned to Shipper

Any packages that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to a restocking fee of $10.00 for the items being returned. The cost of shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Refunds

When returning an item(s) for a refund our customer service team will qualify your request with an examination of the package contents. If your return is approved for a refund, our customer service finance department will process and refund the credit card used in the original transaction. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to show up in your credit card account.

In-Store Returns

All chemical products, wigs, make-up, accessories, leggings and stockings are not returnable.

ALL DISCONTINUED, SALE, CLEARANCE & WHOLESALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & NOT RETURNABLE.

  • Kali Beauty reserves the right to refuse the return of an item if we suspect the returned item has been used.

All returns should be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and include the original packaging. The item(s) must contain all original price tags and labels, attached and undamaged. Any products shown to be used, trimmed, cut, have an odor, or show residue of a styling product, will be rejected and deemed as not returnable.

When shipping item(s) back to us, it is recommended that you use sufficient packing materials in a sturdy, corrugated box to prevent damage to the product during transit.

Restocking Fee

All non-authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is determined by the condition of your returned item(s). Kali Beauty reserves the right to determine the restocking fee based on the product condition, original components or accessories and condition of the product packaging.
